На основание заповед № РД-01-124/13.03.2020 г. на Министъра на здравеопазването,
Н А Р Е Ж Д А М:
В съответствие с препоръките на Националния оперативен щаб за социална дистанция въвеждам следните противоепидемични мерки на територията на Община Доспат до 29.03.2020 г.:
1.Преустановяват се посещенията в увеселителни и игрални зали, дискотеки, барове, ресторанти, заведения за бързо обслужване, питейни заведение, кафе-сладкарници и големи търговски центрове, с изключение на банковите и застрахователните офиси, хранителните магазини и аптеките в тях. На ресторанти и заведения за бързо обслужване се разрешава доставки на адреси при строго спазване на санитарно-хигиенните изисквания. Всички търговски дейности,, неупоменати по-гореи продължават да функционират по досегашния ред при строго спазване на санитарно-хигиенните изисквания.
2. Преустановяват се учебните занятия и всички извънкласни мероприятия (занимални, клубове, зелени училища, екскурзии и други) в училищата на територията на Община Доспат, в ДЦДМ и ЦОП – гр. Доспат, както и други обучителни институции и организации. При възможност се въвежда дистанционна форма на обучение.
3. Преустановяват се посещенията на децата в детските градини.
4. Преустановяват се всякакви групови форми на дейност и работа с деца и ученици, извън системата на предучилищното и училищното образование, които се организират и провеждат от физически и юридически лица, независимо от правно-организационната им форма.
5. Преустановява се провеждането на всякакъв вид масови мероприятия, включително спортни, културно-развлекателни и научни (кина, театри, концерти, музеи, конференции, симпозиуми, спортни и СПА центрове, фитнес-зали и други).
6. Всички работодатели в зависимост от спецификата и възможностите на съответната трудова дейност да въведат дистанционна форма на работа за служителите си. Когато това е невъзможно, работодателите организират провеждането на засилени противоепидемични мерки в работните помещения, в т. ч. филтър, дезинфекция и проветряване, инструктаж за спазване на лична хигиена на персонала и не допускат служители или външни лица с прояви на остри заразни заболявания.
7. Преустановяват се плановите детски и женски консултации, профилактичните прегледи, профилактичните имунизации, приема и провеждането на планова оперативна дейност, включително присаждането на органи от живи и трупни донори, както и свижданията във всички лечебни заведения.
8.Заповедта да бъде съобщена на всички заинтересовани органи и организации, а населението да се информира чрез поставяне на видни места и чрез сайта на общината и социалните мрежи.
9.Срокът и обхватът на мерките по настоящата заповед могат да бъдат променяни в зависимост от епидемиологичната ситуация.
Контрол по настоящата заповед възлагам на Общинския кризисен щаб, кметовете на кметства и органите на МВР. За неспазване на настоящата заповед, органите на МВР да санкционират нарушителите.
